My name is Chris Stanley and I’m a videographer and editor based out of Vancouver BC. Since 2007 I’ve worked on countless productions covering the whole gamut from music videos to corporates, to feature films to even online video blogging. I was educated at The Art Institute of Vancouver and have been working in both production and post production non-stop since.

My camera has taken me to some unique places in my life: Last year I traveled the world shooting in just under 30 countries, was the runner up in all of Canada for Air Transat’s ‘Ultimate Vacationer Position’ (travel correspondent), and then became a local travel host and online social presence for the city of Richmond BC- sponsored and endorsed by our Tourism Board. (www.therichmondreel.com) I’ve also worked very heavily with the cruise ship industry providing high definition tourism and promotional video solutions for a number of large lines including Princess and Royal Caribbean.

Currently I am shooting a travel television series called ‘The Avid Cruiser’, which follows a recognized cruise critic as he visits major cruise destinations all around the world.

My goal is to have my own successful travel television series, combining my two passions of film production and travel. I am actively in prep for this now.
